Get Pre-Approved
We'll underwrite and submit a professional loan application to the recommended lender. We'll guide you though completing your due diligence and meeting your conditions.
STEP FOUR
Tailored Mortgage Strategy
We'll create a tailored mortgage strategy to structure your loans according to your specific goals. We also negotiate on your behalf the best terms, cashback and interest rates.

Facilitate
Settlement
We will liaise with the bank, your solicitor, accountant, and various stakeholders to manage the drawdown process and make sure that your finances are sorted prior to settlement.

We'll maintain your loan refixes throughout the life of your loans. Your Twine adviser will review your personal circumstances with you annually, or more frequently if necessary to ensure the solutions we helped implement remains appropriate for your needs and objectives.
